We have put together three packaging systems for packing and sealing cases, starting with a basic version consisting of a case sealer and roller conveyors.

Basic version
The operator slides the case onto the carton holder where it is held firm during filling. When the case is full, the operator pushes it sideways for sealing and accumulation.
Efficient version
After filling the case, the operator pushes the case into the case sealer, where it is then transported 180 degrees back to the operator, who can turn and palletize from the accumulation conveyor.
Ergonomic version
The semi-automatic case erector folds the bottom flaps automatically and holds the case firm during filling. The case is pushed into the case sealer, after which the box is transported 180 degrees back to the operator, who can palletize from the accumulation conveyor.
Paper tape – An environmentally friendly alternative to plastic-based tape
At a time when environmental awareness is gaining traction within the production industry, paper tape with natural glue is a good alternative to the more traditional, plastic-based tape. This choice supports a sustainable approach to packaging, as paper tape is both recyclable and degradable, reducing the environmental impact.

The newly installed SOCO SYSTEM modular conveyor system connects the product picking points supported by robots with the packing stations.
With the new SOCO SYSTEM modular conveyor system, the product picking capacity is expected to increase by 35 per cent and the packaging capacity by 30 per cent.
The automated handling process with the conveyor system reduces the delivery time of orders and increases the delivery process efficiency.
